Foxdog Properties

Foxdog Properties have been property investors for over a decade. Having experienced poor property management from various letting agents we decided to manage our own properties and means we not only give a better and more personal service to our tenants but also we keep a close eye on our properties to ensure they are well looked after by the tenant.

Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently maintaining the value of our investments. We have experience of not only purchasing and refurbishing property, but also all aspects of tenancy management including evictions through the courts.

The Directors of Foxdog were amongst the first landlords in Warrington to become accredited through the Cheshire Landlords Accreditation Scheme and to achieve this we had and continue to have our properties inspected by local councils. We manage a variety of properties including those of multiple occupation, all of which are registered with local councils.

We have invested in ourselves having undertaken professional property investment and management training so that we can be best in class.

To keep up to date with not only the latest legislation but also opportunities, we maintain a membership of the National Landlords Association (NLA). In addition Foxdog is part of the Property Redress Scheme which is a Government authorised scheme so that our customers have access to an independent ombudsman as part of our excellent customer service offerings.

We also draw on our previous employment experience to provide excellent property management service. Steve has over 20 years of experience as a maintenance engineer in numerous industries meaning he is well placed to either fix minor maintenance issues or arrange for the appropriate tradesman to address the issue and then check that the work had been carried out to a high standard. He has great interpersonal skills and problem solving skills to identify the root of the issue. He also has experience of working in dangerous environments, understanding HSE Regulations and safe working practices.

Sharon has nearly 20 years experience of working in a highly regulated industry. She is therefore best placed to understand and ensure compliance with the varied legislation that surrounds property management. She also has experience in strategic and project management roles meaning she can help potential investors identify their own property investment strategy through to project managing major refurbishment projects.
